At ESQRA, our punch list remediation service is designed to streamline the final stages of each unit sale, without consuming developer’s valuable time.  Our team meets on site with the developer to perform a final inspection of each unit.  Once complete, acceptable punch list items identified by the buyer are addressed by our team through coordination with subcontractors approved by the developer.
